Since biomedis was founded, in 1998, we have been providing services for the biological and medical laboratory. We provide our services all over Germany and in various European countries. You´ll always get highly qualified performances, receiving a full service, which extends from planning, obtaining, installation, repair and maintenance, application consulting, up to the disposal of instruments. Quality and safety always have first priority. The technical personnel of biomedis consist of qualified technicians and engineers, who have many years professional experience in the laboratory instrument industry. Continuous advanced and regular training courses by our cooperation partners guarantee all of our employees always have the newest, state of the art knowledge. As well as product training courses, our employees are constantly undergoing training regarding actual guidelines, standards and laws. All customer enquiries are handled in our head office in Giessen. From there we clarify the error symptoms with the customer and if necessary make appointments for on-site services. Sometimes it is even possible to solve the problem by phone. Because of the uniform distribution of our technicians all over Germany, we can guarantee short waiting times and low travel costs to our customers. As well from our on-site services we also offer an in-house service for small laboratory instruments at our location in Giessen. Furthermore we calibrate and qualify your laboratory instruments subject to valid standards and guidelines. Our calibration laboratory got an accreditation in accordance to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
